The Octagon, the museum of the American Architectural Foundation, is a small historic house and architecture museum. We produce our own traveling exhibitions. They are mostly reproduction exhibitions on a panel system. The exhibitions travel to museums, libraries, and other public places (they are low security). We currently use a panel system made of metal rods that can be easily assembled and disassembled. The metal stand holds a 7' x 3' foot panel, which is basically a very large photograph. It travels incredibly well, requires low maintenance, can be shipped either UPS or FedEx, and comes in a very sturdy, wheeled container.

Here is a listing of databases for traveling exhibitions. Some are free and others require a fee for listing. Good luck!
