There are two ways you can computerize this data.  You could use a
simple spreadsheet, such as Lotus or Excel, and plot daily T & RH
read from your hygrothermograph charts.  This will give you graphs
and can show you ranges.

Or, you can purchase what is called a Datalogger.  This is a computer
system linked to environmental monitoring equipment.  There are a
variety of types.  You can use a system where the monitoring devices
are already in place, and you simply call up the data on your
computer.  Other types require you to manually take readings, which
are then downloaded into a computer.  Finally, another type has
monitoring devices in place, but you then need to manually  access
this data and downlaod it into your computer.

There are many suppliers for dataloggers, in a variety of price
ranges.  The AAM Directory of Products & Services lists pages of
suppliers.  In addition to the ones already mentioned, you could also
