Kathy;

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for but there
is a group called the Visitor Studies Association that
may publish the journal you are looking for. . . if not
they may be able to point you in the right direction.

Their web site is:
http://museum.msu.edu/vsa/

Subject: Visitor Studies Journal

Thanks to my museum studies professor, I know that there is a journal
in the field of visitor studies, but I can't seem to lay my hands on a copy.
