Does it count as religion or science if I have faith in scientists?

Definition of science: a : knowledge or a system of knowledge covering
general truths or the operation of general laws especially as obtained
and tested through principles and procedures for the systematic pursuit
of knowledge involving the recognition and formulation of a problem, the
collection of data through observation and experiment, and the
formulation and testing of hypotheses b : such knowledge or such a
system of knowledge concerned with the physical world and its phenomena

Definition of religion: a personal set or institutionalized system of
attitudes, beliefs, and practices relating to or manifesting faithful
devotion to an acknowledged ultimate reality or deity

Well of course you do. Have you ever seen a subatomic particle on your
own?
Can you explain the intricacies of the Big Bang theory (quick, no
peeking)?
