And there are a lot of people from Indiana that subscribe to the list that
get inquiries from other Indiana people looking for a part-time job, who
otherwise would not know about the vacancy (John, I have a good candidate
for you!!!).

Absolutely!  I think it is up to all list members to forward notice of
vacancies at ALL levels to the list to enable new graduates, interns, etc.
to make their own choices based on full and complete information.

I agree that the IHS is a great organization, and there are a lot of museum
resources in Indiana (and Indianapolis in particular) that someone who took
this job could tap into when the job period is over.
