I participated in the poll and noticed that the first question was "Do
you think there should be a fee?" And if you answered no, it asked you
"What do you think the fee should be or what would you pay as the fee?"
The poll is a little skewed as it forced those who didn't think there
should be a fee to pick a fee starting at $5.
