SUMMARY:

Assists the Museum Administrator of the Foundation by performing the
following duties:


ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Registers and maintains foundation collections, including database
management, inventory control, and filing.

Assists in the preparation of reports on meetings (recording secretary),
institution programs as well as general correspondence.

Assists in institution's education and outreach activities with students and
adult groups.

Assists with research for acquisitions, and development activities of the
institution.


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual
must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements
listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability
required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or three to five
years involvement/experience in the arts or related field; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to respond
effectively to inquiries.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such
as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid
conclusions.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Computer Skills highly desirable (Microsoft Office: Access, Word and Excel)
