I recently tried to interest graduate students in the local art school in
some of our msueology/conservation/etc offerings.  Of course I explained
all the sensible reasons why they should know about such matters, but even
their lecturer (an artist herself), dismissed it: "In your dreams", she
said!

It seems artists have higher thoughts than dreary materiality!
