This is a special invitation from this year's Exhibit Graffiti team.

ASTC is coming! Sign up for the 2003 Association of Science and Technology
Centers Conference, November 8-11, in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and attend a
2.5 day, pre-conference exhibit development workshop you'll never forget-
"Exhibit Graffiti: Interpreting the Urban Landscape." To learn more, read
on.

For conference information and registration forms go to:
http://www.astc.org/
This year's conference theme is "Building a Learning Organization." It's
worth checking out. See you in Saint Paul!

Exhibit Graffiti: Interpreting the Urban Landscape

Immerse yourself in a real-life exhibit development experience! It's
intense, fun, and you'll meet interesting people. Over 2.5 days teams
develop and prototype wayside exhibits in St. Paul's riverfront district--
including a power plant, a river gage, the oldest neighborhood, and the
mightiest river. Your goal is to motivate passersby to become curious about
the urban landscape. Prior to arrival, participants receive tips, team
assignments, and background information on site choices. Creative and
technical support provided. PowerPoint recap of the prototyping process
will be available to all participants and showcased in a Saturday forum.

This event is being made possible with the support of the Saint Paul
Riverfront Corporation, the Science Museum of Minnesota, and contributions
provided by out-of-town faciliators.
