Hi, Kenya.  Personally, yes, I think if it is at all possible, you should
pay her more.  Perhaps you could cut back on vacation days or benefits
somewhat and give her more pay.

Although I have no idea about your specific funding issues, nor do I know
the area in which this museum is located, I would say (on a general basis)
that a minimum salary should be somewhere closer to $25,000-$27,000.
