Since I used to live in Springer and know the Museum there, I would
offer this advice: Beg Linda Davis (CS Ranch), Bob Funk of Express
Personnel (if he still owns the UU Bar Ranch), and Ted Turner (of CNN
and Vermejo Park Ranch) for the money. You will not be able to get
money from the Town of Springer or the People of Springer.  The money
just isn't there.
