Our Art Committee would like to add to our collections policy written 
guidelines for handling sale of unaccessioned objects. These are gifts or 
bequests which have been legally given to the museum, but not accessioned 
into the collection.

I am in contact with AAM for their guidelines, but would be interested in 
seeing examples from other museums if you are willing to share them.
