Hi;

I'm a student from the University of Brussels, and I'm currently writing my
thesis about museum marketing. More precisely, it's about museum frequent
visitors on an international scale.

I already sent a mail to museum-L to ask questions I need to answer, and
received mant answers, which is great. Many answers came from the USA,
and I lack of answers from Europe. So, if you are European, it would be very
kind of you to answer my few questions...

The questions are:

1/ Could you tell me where you come from?

2/ How often (how many times per year, roughly) do you visit museums
outside your home country?

3/ What are the different sources of information you use when you plan to
visit a museum abroad?

4/ Could you give me the names of magazines - guides - websites you use to
get informations about museums abroad?

5/ What are the characteristics of a museum that you find important when
you are abroad?

6/ Finally, when you plan to make a cultural trip, do you prefer to organize it
yourself, or do you prefer to make appeal to a tour operator, or something
else?

I'd be very grateful if you could help me;

Best wishes;

Nicolas Valschaerts
