There has been a lot discussion on this list serve about museum web
pages, but search of the archives did not reveal any postings about
doing a usability study first.  Has anybody done one of these?  If so, I
would appreciate knowing what vendor was used and whether the results
were helpful. Replies can be on or off the list.
