We are currently revising our collections scope here at the Aspen Historical
Society and we are thinking about listing different collection criteria for
2D and 3D artifacts. Specifically, for 2D artifacts we would broaden our
geographical scope because they are easier to store. Is this common in a
collections scope and would we define this within the scope itself or would
the criteria be better suited in the collecting strategy?

If you currently maintain a scope such as this one, a copy of it would be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
