I believe that personal e-mail, etc. really shouldn't be taken care of at the
workplace. If you happen to  open your mailbox and there is personal stuff
there, reading it is okay but answering it should be done on your own time. I
would be flexible on this if it were an occassional occurence but several
times a day, every day, is as bad as making personal phone calls to friends
whenever you have a free minute. Denise August
