Hi Felicia,
    From similar experience I would STRONGLY encourage your firm to add to
the "team" someone with expertise in these specific areas. There are many
such areas at musuems. We used White Oak Associates (WWW.WhiteOakAssoc.com)
who are musuem theatre experts for our master plan...
