Probably a long shot, but the British children's television programme Blue
Peter has buried a couple of time capsules in its 25 (?) year history. You
could try contacting one of the researchers on the BBC number, which is
(44) 181 743 8000. The address is BBC TV, Television Centre, Wood Lane,
London W12, UK.
