The Field Museum in Chicago has a board game in its evolution exhibit
"Life Over Time" which describes the steps a scientist goes through in
publishing a new species.  It's not actually a game you can play;
rather, its a wall graphic in the form of a game board.

Also at the Field, the Egyptian exhibit has a game board for senet, an
ancient game. Visitors can actually play, provided the pieces haven't
been stolen...

Lisa: What a whimsical building! Who says science can't be fun?
Bart: Me. I smell a museum.
Homer: Yeah. Good things don't end with "-eum." They end with
"-mania."  Or "-teria."
