That doesn't make it right.

It's not like we make lots of money to be treated like common criminals. If
it's being done randomly it is indeed a slap in the face-"you're doing a
great job, hey, let's see if we can catch you doing something..." If there's
a problem with somebody's performance, deal with the problem on an
individual basis, not by insulting the reputation of everyone on the workforce.
