There is a zoo listserv, organized by the American Zoo and Aquarium
Association.  They may have information on the listserv on their website or
you might give them a call at (301)562-0777.

I have consulted with zoos and spent five years heading up the education
department at Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago ....be happy to "talk" with you
off list should you so desire as well as on list.
