Hi Marilynn,

We count all of our rooms. This includes an upstairs bathroom that was
converted to a storage room, and is not included on the tour. I don't see
any problem with that as far as fraud or truth in advertising goes. If you
have a house with a total of 14 rooms, for example, then the house has 14
rooms regardless of how many rooms visitors see. Just my two cents.
