Keep the archive, but post the address frequently.  We get too many of the
same ol' questions from new members to the list.  Unfortunately, we
probably forget the address of the archives, so we can point these
newcomers in the right direction.  You are doing a super job.  I vote to
leave back years in the archives, but, if the files are too large, for at
least two years (and then delete only 24 month-old archives)  all
contingent upon your institution's cooperation and your time.
