REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Greeley requests sealed "Proposals" from interested Museum Exhibit Design/Build firms for exhibit design/build services for the New Greeley Museum located in Greeley, Colorado.  The project will be delivered using the design/build method, and has a total budget of $350,000.00.  The project is funded as a part of Quality of Life Bond Program approved by the voters in November 2002.

Request for Proposal forms can be obtained starting Friday, September 19, 2003.  Forms will not be mailed or faxed to interested firms, but will instead be sent to interested firms via e-mail in Microsoft Word format.  To obtain the forms via e-mail, firms must submit an e-mail request to [log in to unmask]  The request must include the project name, desired return e-mail address, company name, address, phone number, fax number, and contact name.

Sealed proposals must be received at the office of the Purchasing Manager, 1000 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado, 80631 on Friday, October 24, 2003 by 4:00 p.m.

No proposals shall be withdrawn after receipt of the proposals without the consent of the City of Greeley, Colorado, for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of receipt of the proposals.

The firms will be evaluated based on the qualifications in the specifications.

The City of Greeley reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities.
