We are creating a facilities manual and facilities maintenance checklist.
Apparantly, we once had a very detailed one, but rumor has it that a
volunteer who did not want to be beholden to the work entailed threw it out!
So now we must recreate. I would welcome samples or just helpful hints for
creating a manual and checklist.
Thanks,
Erica

It seems to me I've used a "standard facilities report" available from AAM.
There is also one that I've used for student projects published in the
Exploratorium "cookbook."
