Hi, folks --
I really planned to go back to lurking after yesterday's venture into
electronic communication. However, The Library of Congress announced a
new set of pages on a reference librarians' list that I have to tell you
about.

It's designed for teachers K-12 and provides literally hundreds of GREAT
resources for the teaching of American History. There may be some other
good things in it that relate to other areas, but I looked at the History
stuff first. It's terrific.
Point your browsers to:

Lots of gif and jpeg files for your viewing pleasure and looks like tons
of other primary research material, too. NEAT!

I'd attach the whole thing but won't on the chance that they have also
posted to this list and it hasn't shown up on the Digest yet. Don't want
to take up too much room you know.

I'm done now.
