To Paige Lilly, Penobscot Marine Museum:
 
Yes, I think your June 2 message went out okay.  We do not have user
fees for research services.  We only charge for photocopies and
reproductions of photographs.  However, as my message indicated, I
am not philosophically opposed to user fees.
