charged online time by the minute you ought to change your Internet
Provider immediately!

My all-inclusive home service (no connection charges and up to 25Mb of
web space included if you want it) costs me UK pounds 8.00 (about US $13)
per month, and took about 12 seconds - not minutes! - to download Roger's
info. on the post-ICOM '98 tour of NZ.
