Dear All,

We are considering managing and operating the museum gift shop ourselves
versus renewing a multi-year contract where we lease the space to an outside
proprietor for a percentage of sales.  Does anyone feel strongly one way or
the other about either scenario?

Also for those museums with a retail division, if anyone has a business plan
they'd be willing to share I'd be interested in hearing from you.
