Has anyone read the book by Ullberg called MUSEUM TRUSTEESHIP (AAM, 1981)? It seems to
me that the case for legal liability of Museum Board Members for the collection is
overstated, but I wanted to get others' responses who have had experience with this.
Also, has anyone experienced problems with "conflict of interest" having collectors on
their board? Thank you for your response.
