I agree with John Pearce, I think you are doing a valuable service, and
if someone wants to be included in the distribution of your findings, great.
If someone doesn't want to be included in the distribution, don't send it
to them. I suspect some people are overwhelmed at the volume of mail and
are upset that it is one more message to go through.
