  A similar thread emerged last week on another list.  I am forwarding a
posting from that list which was offered by one of our graduate students:

According to the MLA, you should list the following:

Author (if given).  "Title of the Document."  _Title of the Journal,
Newsletter, or Confrence_.  Volume no.:Issue no.  (Year):  No. of pages
or n. pag.  Online (the medium).  Name of the computer network (e.g.,
World Wide Web).  Date of access.

At the end of the entry, you should add whatever supplemental data that
is useful.  Usually people will write, Available:  http://etc.etc.com/cite.
