Subject: bugs and appraisers

I have two questions:

Is there an online source for identifying bugs which like to reside in
museums?

Does anyone know of an appraiser with a specialty in antique tools in the
Upstate New York Area? I have a donation coming in and the donor would like

to have them appraised for tax purposes.

-Thanks much!
