Does anyone know a proper, standardized method of bibliographic
citation for list-serve material?  I'm interested in knowing if any
system--Chicago Manual of Style, MLA, Blue Book, whatever--has tackled this.
        For that matter, can anyone--and perhaps our resident copyright
experts can help us again on this--enlighten us on copyright laws as they
may or may not apply to such a medium?
