Hello John,
You might put the Montshire Museum of Science on your list.
www.montshire.net
One Montshire Road
Norwich, VT 05055
It's a slightly different model than most science centers. With
something like 80 acres of trails and other outdoor experiences, they
have a strong natural sciences emphasis - stronger than technology.
They do an exceptional job with children of all ages, remaining true to
their science content. Smart people.
Best of luck on your colleague's project.
Aaron

Subject: Interactive Chldren's Science Museums

A colleague of mine outside of the US is preparing a proposal for an
interactive science and technology museum for children ages 7-14. She
would like to establish contacts with a few such places in the US. I
would appreciate recommendations for innovative places that she might
contact for a bit of advice.

Thank you in advance for your input,
John
