I am looking for a light-weight but reliable replacement for a
Mitsubishi Microtouch screen for an interactive kiosk/desk. While
the Mitsubishi is an excellent screen, it weighs nearly 30 lbs.

For the furniture/desk into which the touch screen will be installed,
a lighter weight version would be helpful.

I know that Microtouch (and others) make a touch screen overlay, and
I know about a Crestron product that is about to come out at over
$10,000.

If anyone has experience/knowledge with LCD Active Matrix Color Touch
Screens used in a high volume situation with the public (such as a
Museum) please let me know either by way of the list (if you think
others would want to know) or directly at: [log in to unmask] Thanks.
