The John Burroughs Association, Inc. would be especially interested in your
idea, since there are many noteworthy news items in the area of nature and
conservation and the connections to well known American nature writers.

Tdhe Association was founded in 1921 following the naturalist's death and
is headquartered at the American Museum of Natural History. It owns a
sanctuary in West Park, NY where the National Historic Landmark Slabsides,
a log cabin, is located. The Association has various education programs
and there is an exhibit on John Burroughs as the Museum in New York.
