Hi Erna,

I am answering because my grandmother had this wonderful name. Please take care. You call your questions "naive" and in fact, excuse my unpoliteness, they are. You started as a jr. curator, but the problem is the "as" - because even for this level you do not seem to have the needed curatorial knowledge. But you know your limitations; therefore calculate about a year at least to learn a lot day by day from cooperative advisors, this list, books, magazins and off-work courses. During this period, do not start any delicate work without being absolutely shure what you are doing. You are quite curageous as the proprietors of your museum are. Do not disappoint them - it could be the beginning of a wonderful and satisfying museum career.

Best regards
