Subject: measuring visitor satisfaction

Please excuse cross-postings.

We are interested in collecting articles, books, reports, or comments
about the measurement of visitor satisfaction in museums or similar
institutions. Do any of you have references for these types of works
that you would be willing to share with us (and the list)? Or, have any
of you used specific measures of visitor satisfaction that have worked
particularly well for you?

Thanks in advance for your help,

Steven Yalowitz
