The Registrars Committee of the AAM has a Rights & Repro website - on it
you will find the Isabella Stuart Gardner survey of charges.  While done a
few years ago, it is still in the general ball park and it has many other
useful features.

The URL is http://www.panix.com/~squigle/rarin/01rcsite.html   Click on
"Survey, Samples and Shortcuts", on the next page you will see the Isabella
Stuart Gardner Survey - the answer to your dreams will be there!  ;-)
The entire website has lots of other useful tidbits - some of them rather
major tidbits!
