I am considering pursing a certification as a Fine and Decorative Arts
Appraiser through a program offered jointly by The George Washington
University and the American Society of Appraisers. I have a Master's in
Museum Studies from The George Washington University, but have had
no luck getting a permanent job working with collections. I thought that
such a certification might give me an added edge in the job market and
wanted to know others opinions on the value of this type of certification.
Thanks!
