This may not be the direction you are going, but several years ago, there
was a program called Life and Death II.  If you are interested I'll find out
who produced it.
You might gag but the metaphor (story line) for the game was that you are a
new neurosurgeon in a small hospital.  You had to diagnose the patient's
problem from the symptoms given, if you got that right, then you had to
preform the appropriate surgery to remedy the problem.  You can fail in
surgery and kill the patient.  If so, then you're able to go back to school
and get refresher courses.
At the time, my son was in 5th grade and learned much more about neurology
than I ever will.
