We hold a juried regional art exhibition every other year and I am looking for an online database program we can use to manage the submissions from the artists as well as making submissions available to the jurors.  A few programs I came across are CaFE, Judgify, EntryThingy, and Smarter Entry.  

Has anyone out there used the aforementioned programs or have a different one which works for them?
Also, does anyone use the artist entry on such sites as a substitute for generating loan forms?

Our current practice is very labor intensive and not very efficient.
