Thank you so much, Gordon, for putting this out on Museum-L. Somehow,
I had missed the news of Mr Weill's passing. His books, particularly
"Rethinking the Museum" and "Making Museums Matter," were great
discoveries whilst getting my master's degree and have again and again
given me focus and to provoked me to give thought to the work we do.

I don't know anyone who worked with him or studied under him, but as
an author, I found him to be an inspiration and am sad to learn of his
passing.
