I would like to implement a system of evaluation for the exhibit production
process and the actual exhibit once it goes on the floor.  (I deal with
science center exhibits, but it could be for any type of exhibit.)

The objective is to determine how to improve the process (including staff and
contractor perspective) and the outcome for the visitors.   We contract out a
lot of work and I would like to evaluate their/our process.

Do any of you already have something like that? Or can you make suggestions on
issues to address? What kind of resources are available to help develop an
evaluation of this kind?
