Can anyone recommend a good, relatively cheap software option for
cataloging a smallish library collection? A Windows environment is
desirable, but not essential.
 
Does anyone have enough familiarity with "Papyrus" (for DOS) to give it a
thumbs up or thumbs down?
 
Alternatively, if someone has developed a Paradox database for cataloging
publications, and can give me some pointers, I would be grateful.
