Here is a very useful program that is ideal for occassional translation
needs to and from a multitude of languages. Of course it doesn't know
much about grammar, or sentence structure, but I find it really helps
even a multi language speaker when you just can't seem to think of the
right word.

The price is certainly right and older versions are even available as
shareware for those who are willing to take the risk.
