I am an archivist and new to the field. My director and I would both like to host a couple of workshops, one for the public, and one for other, small museum professionals and their volunteers in the area on the topic of preserving photographs and manuscripts. I feel can take them through the preservation ins and outs, but I would like some advice on giving the public some "bang for their buck" at this workshop, from some others who have ran similar sessions before, as this will be the first time I have run one.
