The Maryland Historical Society is developing a new family activity
center, in which we'd like children to be able to conduct short oral
history interviews of their parents. We would like to record the
interviews (with participants' permission, of course), and thought it
would be great if we could somehow use voice recognition software to be
record the interview directly onto a computer so that the family could
print out a copy of the interview to take home. Unfortunately, all the
voice recognition software we've found depends upon the computer
learning a single user's speech patterns, so it would not work for
multiple users.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
