Hi Everyone-
My two cents on the subject is: all that you guys have said and more...

Educators must also understand who they are educating...for example...the
way I interput for a 2nd grader is different from the way a senior
citizen may see the same object.

Making sure to be respectful of all involved and never talking down to
anyone.
